Growero Refund and Cancellation Policy
This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to your purchase of the Growero product (the “Product”) developed and offered by Pulsense Intelligent Solutions Private Limited (“Pulsense”).
Cancellations:
- You may cancel your order for the Product within seven (7) days from the date of purchase (the “Cancellation Period”).
- To cancel your order, please contact Growero by email at hello@growero.io with the subject line “Order Cancellation – [Your Order Number]”.
- Cancellations will only be accepted if received within the Cancellation Period.
Refunds:
- You will be eligible for a full refund of the purchase price for the Product if you cancel your order within the Cancellation Period and the Product remains unabused.
- To request a refund, please contact Growero by email at hello@growero.io with the subject line “Refund Request – [Your Order Number]”.
- Refunds will be processed within seven (7) business days of receiving your cancellation request.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Refunds will not be issued for abused products.
- Refunds will not be issued for cancellations requested after the Cancellation Period.
