Which social channels are available today?

LinkedIn is the only channel Growero publishes to today. X, Facebook, and Instagram have connection and publishing paths in the product but are still in rollout — they are not switched on end to end, so treat them as upcoming rather than as something you are buying now. Threads, Bluesky, TikTok, Reddit, and Pinterest are not shipped. What each connected account can publish also depends on the permissions that network grants and the post format.

Does Growero provide analytics for every channel?

Accepted Answer

Not yet. In-app analytics are currently deepest on LinkedIn, including post, profile, follower, company-page, and Top Interactor views. X, Facebook, and Instagram analytics are shown as coming later. As each integration becomes available, Growero will show that platform's own metrics instead of forcing unlike networks into one generic score.

Can I customize a post for each channel?

Accepted Answer

Channel-specific variants are in rollout and are not yet enabled in the live composer. Today you can start from one source draft and review it against platform limits before publishing. Growero will expose the per-channel editor once cross-platform delivery is reliable end to end.

Which plans include the API, CLI, n8n, and Zapier?

Accepted Answer

Pro and Business include the public REST API, Growero CLI, n8n node, and Zapier integration. Free, Creator, and Growth are in-app plans and do not include those automation interfaces. Choose Pro for one account or Business when you also need higher account, team, workspace, and credit limits.

What happens when my AI credits run out?

Accepted Answer

Credit-consuming AI generation pauses until credits are added through your account or your plan allowance refreshes. Your existing drafts, scheduled posts, and analytics are not deleted. If you regularly reach the limit, compare the next plan's monthly allowance before upgrading.

What happens after the 14-day trial?

Accepted Answer

New, eligible first-time accounts receive 50 AI credits for 14 days. Eligibility is tied to the connected LinkedIn identity, so an identity that has used a trial before will not receive another one. When the trial expires without a paid subscription, creation becomes read-only until you upgrade; existing work remains in your account.

What does the connected-account limit mean?

Accepted Answer

A connected social account means one connected profile or page on a supported network. Your plan allowance is shared across supported channels. Available connection types and post formats still depend on each network's permissions and rollout status.

Does Growero use official social-network APIs?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Supported connections use each network's authorization flow and publishing APIs. Growero does not ask for your social-network password. What Growero can publish or measure still depends on the permissions granted by that network and the type of profile or page you connect.

Can teammates collaborate in Growero?

Accepted Answer

Creator supports up to 3 team members and 5 workspaces, Growth supports 7 members and 15 workspaces, and Business supports 10 members with unlimited workspaces. Pro is designed for one person. Check the pricing table for the exact account, credit, and voice-profile limits that accompany those seats.

Question 10

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Accepted Answer

You can cancel a paid subscription at the end of its current billing cycle. Your paid access continues through the recorded end date, then the account follows the access rules for its remaining plan or trial status. Contact Growero if you need help moving between plans without interrupting scheduled work.
