Refund Policy

Monthly and annual subscription customers may request a refund within seven (7) days from the date of purchase if the product has not been used. To request a cancellation or refund, email hello@growero.io with your order number.

Lifetime deal purchases use the refund window shown on the lifetime deal page or checkout partner. For the current Growero lifetime deal, that window is sixty (60) days from purchase.

If you bought through a partner marketplace, request the refund through that marketplace when required by their process.

Approved refunds are processed within seven (7) business days and are credited to the original payment method used at purchase.

Refunds will not be provided for standard subscription requests submitted after the seven-day window, used subscription accounts, or lifetime deal requests submitted after the applicable lifetime deal refund window.
