Refund Policy

Customers may cancel their orders within seven (7) days from the date of purchase. To request a cancellation, please email us at hello@growero.io with the subject line "Order Cancellation – [Your Order Number]". Only cancellation requests received within this seven-day timeframe will be accepted.

A full refund will be issued if the cancellation is made within the seven-day cancellation window and the product has not been used.

To request a refund, please email hello@growero.io with the subject line "Refund Request – [Your Order Number]". Refund requests are processed within seven (7) business days, and the refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Refunds will not be provided for products that have already been used or for requests submitted after the seven-day cancellation period has expired.
